Fixturlaser XA - The Expert Motor Alignment System

The Fixturlaser XA Laser Alignment system helps you to align motors and machinery quickly, easily and precisely. If there is a need for measuring shaft offset caused by motor temperature or other dynamic forces, the Fixturlaser XA system for Motor shaft alignment can be utilised to make these measures.

Despite its sophisticated technology, the XA system has been designed for ease of use, and includes user friendly features such as:

• Backlit Colour LCD screen for easy viewing, even in direct sunlight.
• Touchscreen interface for simple navigation.
• On-screen animations and icons which guide users through completing the alignment process.
• Pre-mounted fixtures - lasers can be attached straight to the shaft without complicated assembly.
• Digital CCD laser technology, 30mm laser detectors and line-laser technology – virtually eliminates the need to conduct lengthy rough-alignment checks.
• USB ports for transferring measurement data to desktop or laptop PCs - no need for additional software or printers.
• Express Mode which registers 3 measurement points automatically when the shafts are turned.

Unlike the majority of complex laser shaft alignment systems that are on the market, the Fixturlaser XA requires minimum training, making it perfect for Technicians who may only perform motor alignment on a periodic basis. The Fixturlaser GO is the latest Motor Shaft Alignment system to be launched onto the market. Aimed at a mid-price level, the GO system is ideal for maintenance technicians needing to perform fast and precise alignment checks for horizontal and vertically mounted plant machinery.

Fixturlaser GO is the latest addition to the product range "Express Alignment by Fixturlaser" with the typical characteristics of a Fixturlaser system. It is easy to use thanks to the graphic interface, and together with its technical features, such as CCD and line laser in the measurement units with 30 mm large detector surfaces; it will obtain measurement results with a high degree of accuracy. The USB connection allows for fast transferring of measurement results to a PC, which requires no additional external software installed for carrying out the transfer.

The Fixturlaser GO comes with all the basic motor shaft alignment applications in order to keep rotating machinery aligned. It performs horizontal as well as vertical shaft alignment.

The horizontal shaft alignment application includes functions, such as e.g. SoftCheck™ (control of Softfoot condition) and Target Values (pre-defined values which compensate for the machine's thermal expansion). With the Memory Manager the user can organise his/hers measurement results by creating files and folders.
